Moment Engineering works with home owners, contractors, and investors on home designs. On new builds, we consult on the structural design, making recommendations on wind and site classifications, materials, foundations, and frames; on existing sites, we provide structural inspections, looking at if the building is performing as intended, as well as advising on, and designing for, renovations and additions.
We provide architectural designs as well to provide our client with a complete full set for permit submission, which is necessary for both new and existing builds.
